Operator FAQ
What certifications are required to list?
A current air operator certificate (FAA Part 135, CASA AOC, CAA NZ Part 135 or EASA AOC), proof of hull and liability insurance, and airworthiness documentation for each listed aircraft.
Does Last Leg Jet take a commission?
Yes — a flat, fully disclosed platform commission (3% by default) deducted from the operator payout via Stripe Connect. Travelers never see a marked-up price.
How fast can I go live?
Most operators are verified within 48 hours of submitting complete documents. Once verified, a flight can be listed in under five minutes.
Can I set my own pricing?
Always. You list the whole-aircraft price; we never alter it. You can update price, seats and status at any time from the operator portal.
